*Change into practice gear after school (shorts, T-shirt, volleyball shoes, kneepads)
*Pull your hair up
*Take off ALL jewelry and leave it in a safe/secure location (no earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc)
*Take your water bottle and medical equipment (ankle braces, inhaler, etc) that you need
with you to the small gym
*Carefully (as a team) get the net set-up if it’s not already up
*Start stretching (as a team) until coaches arrive
